We learn from the world's experts in mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion practices and bring listeners access to effective strategies of relating to themselves and others in new, more connected ways.

In Episode 5 of Compassion Collective, we reflect on our discussion with Dr. Russell Kolts, Ph.D. We discuss the components of our emotion regulation system (i.e., threat, drive, and soothing modes) and identify ways in which they play out in our daily lives. We discuss tools that we can use to activate and tap into our soothing system using self-awareness and self-compassion.
